Cytomegalovirus (CMV) is the most common cause of congenital infections worldwide, yet it remains an underestimated public health problem. There are no international standards for prevention vertical transmission infection, and management pregnant women as well fetuses with symptoms infection. The analysis was conducted between December February 2022. detailed criteria inclusion in included: a separate study group, consisting only regardless their stage, statistical obtained data particular emphasis on result antibodies against CMV antigens IgG IgM class. introduction universal screening still controversial.
